Experienced Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal

We are seeking an Experienced Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Work and communicate with clients to prepare and file applications (H-1B, TN, L-1, E-2, O-1 NIV cases and I-130, I-485, I-751, I-601, DACA, N-400 for family cases)
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with implementation of case strategy
- Drafting, analyze and review documents for case filing
- Manage high volume caseload
- Maintain case logs
Qualifications:
- Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in family or employment based Immigration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal research
- Strong organizational skills, must be detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, and work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign law degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
