Director of Operations – Multi-Unit QSR Leadership A growing, highly successful restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee approximately 20-30 fast food (burger)restaurants through a team of 3–5 District Managers . This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who brings positive energy, develops great people, and consistently delivers results in People, Sales, Profits, and community engagement . What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of 3–5 District Managers. Provide strategic oversight for 20-30 restaurants. Drive operational excellence through coaching, accountability, and execution. Improve restaurant performance by focusing on: People development and retention Profitability Guest satisfaction Operational standards Build strong relationships within the communities your restaurants serve. Create a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Significant multi-unit leadership experience in the fast food/QSR industry. Burger concept experience is required. Proven success leading multiple restaurants through District Managers. Demonstrated ability to improve financial performance while developing high-performing teams. A leader known for building strong teams, developing talent, and creating a positive culture. Strong business acumen with a history of delivering measurable operational results. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
