Location:

• Centerville, Indiana
• Travel option available for qualified candidates

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately check and verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety
• Counsel patients regarding medication use, side effects, and interactions
• Respond to inquiries from doctors, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active Indiana Pharmacist license required
• Minimum of one year recent experience as a licensed pharmacist in a retail or outpatient setting
