Substance Use Counselor

We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling services, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning. Responsibilities include case management, coordinating community support, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting clients in achieving recovery and stability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision, training, and professional development. Qualifications Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential associate's degree in a human services or related field (bachelor's preferred) knowledge of addiction and recovery principles valid driver's license with reliable transportation Skills Strong counseling, case management, and collaboration abilities, along with a commitment to client recovery.
