Lead Technician / Master Tech – Delta Tire
$50+ Hourly

Pay: Highly competitive + performance bonuses
Experience Required: 7+ years professional automotive experience

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines , electrical , A/C , transmissions , driveability , and suspension/alignment systems.

• Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.

• Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools , AllData , and Identifix daily.

• Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience.

• Strong proficiency in engine , electrical , A/C , and alignment systems.

• Familiarity with dealer-level software and scan tools across multiple manufacturers.

• High motivation, efficiency, and teamwork.
