This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.Schedule1st ShiftMonday - Friday7:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompensation & Benefits$26.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experienceMedical benefits401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysLong-term career growth opportunitiesStable aerospace manufacturing environmentPosition SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance activitiesRespond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair situationsDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issuesRead and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work ordersReplace defective components and perform equipment adjustmentsPerform basic machining and fabrication tasks as neededMaintain facility systems and equipmentUtilize hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling equipmentIdentify and report unsafe conditions or equipment concernsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationFollow all safety policies and proceduresQualifications4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with industrial electrical systemsBasic PLC troubleshooting experience preferredHVAC experience preferredVacuum furnace experience is a plusAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredCompletion of a maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience preferredAssociate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in an industrial manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, walk, and perform maintenance activities throughout the shiftAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Additional RequirementsMust be able to meet applicable security screening requirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesIf you are an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a stable employer, we encourage you to apply today.
