PerformLine offers Unlimited PTO (no slow accruals here!) for vacation, personal needs, illness, and other health and safety-related reasons. We encourage our team to take meaningful time off while coordinating with their managers around business needs. On top of that, everyone receives 10+ holidays a year.

Hybrid Work, Remote Work

For HQ based roles, PerformLine has adopted a hybrid office schedule where employees have the opportunity to request additional work from home days as needed. PerformLine also offers fully remote roles throughout the United States. These roles have the opportunity to travel into the headquarters as needed.

Flex Start Time

To service enterprise clients with interdepartmental collaboration, we need to be online together and during normal work hours. We begin our days between 8:00am 10:00am (your choice!) while ensuring all are available for a 9 hour work day.
