Clinical Liaison - Rehab Admissions & Referrals

Position Summary: The Clinical Liaison acts as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources, and the acute inpatientrehabilitation operations. The Clinical Liaisonis responsible forestablishingrelationships with case coordinators,physicians, payors, and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensureappropriate patientplacement throughclinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with both hospital Case Coordination and the InpatientRehabilitation Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison works closely with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. MinimumQualifications: Current Clinical License Valid Drivers License DesiredQualifications: Inpatient rehabilitation experience Knowledge,Skillsand Ability Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
