Conflicts Coordinator I

Conflicts Coordinator I Carlton Fields is seeking a Conflicts Coordinator I for its downtown Tampa office. Position performs conflict searches, assists in the opening and finalization of new business, and interacts with New Business Intake team and assists attorneys and staff throughout the firm. At least 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment (flexible). Ability to organize and prioritize work in a highly-dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume law firm environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements. Detail oriented and strong communication skills. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Adobe would be a plus. Knowledge of Thomson Elite/Enterprise and 3E, and Intapp Open a plus but not required. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
