Your future role at a glance Location: Kyle, TX Facility: Ascension Seton Hays Department/Specialty: Quality Management Schedule: Full Time Days | Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM How you'll make an impact in this role Responsibilities: Develop and oversees program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Develops and documents care plans and therapy programs. Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered. Investigate and report saftey events Complete detailed chart reviews to identify specific quality indicators. Provide coaching and feedback to staff based on findings. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
