Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing a personal lines book of business, which consists of standard market personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for professional growth and development. Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO Responsibilities Manage a personal lines book of business consisting of 300-400 accounts. Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring timely renewals. Collaborate with the marketing team to quote new and renewal business as needed. Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Work closely with assistants and other team members to ensure efficient handling of COIs, applications, and other administrative tasks. Participate in training sessions and adapt to new technologies, including AI implementations. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an independent insurance agency (2+ years preferred). Experience with AMS360 software is a plus. Skills: Strong computer proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and adaptable mindset.
