• # of operating rooms: 16 total - York Hospital and Apple Hill surgery Supervisions of NP/Pas required: Yes - We will have new APP's Office equipment available: Cycstiscope and Towers - Injections Core procedures required (Y/N):Vasectomy - Yes Vasectomy reversal - Yes - Not a mandatory procedure Cystoscopy - Yes in OR Prostate procedures Yes Ureteroscopy - Yes in OR Penile pilcationPenile implants - Rare Lithotripsy - Yes Circumcision - OB Manages for Children - Possibility on rare occasions while I call if OB would need support.
• Orchiopexy - Yes Requirements: Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology License required: PA License is preferred for quicker Start DEA: required Minimum experience required: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps available with clean file.
