Assist in overseeing daily residential operations to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality care and services Help coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of residents Encourage community participation and meaningful recreational activities Uphold person-centered practices and the agency's commitment to individualized support Maintain accurate documentation, records, and communication logs Assist with household maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as necessary Serve as a positive leader and role model, fostering teamwork and excellence What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid New York State driver's license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of related experience in residential services, human services, healthcare, or a similar field Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Why Join Arc of Onondaga?
