Reports to: District Manager

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of leadership/management experience (fitness industry a plus)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/AED certification required
• Proven track record in team leadership, operations, and member satisfaction
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
• Hands-on, action-oriented, thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments

What You'll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire

• Build and lead a high-energy, high-performing team
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff to exceed expectations
• Drive a positive, results-focused club culture

Drive Sales & Growth

• Lead membership and personal training sales initiatives
• Track results, hit targets, and keep the team accountable
• Grow community relationships and expand Crunch's brand presence

Operate with Excellence

• Ensure smooth daily operations with top-notch cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Handle member concerns quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with support teams to keep everything running flawlessly

Master Financial Performance

• Own the club budget, hitting revenue goals and managing expenses
• Track key metrics and report progress to ensure consistent results
