About The Role This is not a desk job. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows when to pick up the tools themselves and when to call in the right support. You’ll be responsible for the overall maintenance and housekeeping operations of the community—ensuring the environment is safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming every single day. You’ll follow proven processes, but you’ll also be expected to think ahead, solve problems, and take initiative when situations call for it. Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, with on‑call responsibilities for emergencies.
