This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with weekly work-from-home opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized careDevelop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needsConduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision makingSupervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTsCollaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive supportMaintain accurate and timely documentation and complianceStay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
