Business Analyst
Xoriant Corporation
Job Requirements Salesforce BSA with strong functional and strategic experience on Services (CX); including Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator certification at minimum.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Experience beyond traditional administrator-level work, including business analysis, solution evaluation, and delivery ownership.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating across business, product, operations, and technical teams.
- Experience supervising testing, managing defects, and leading UAT through business sign-off.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn custom Salesforce functionality and business processes.
