Senior Financial Reporting AnalystCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and review external financial reports, including periodic filings and materials for leadership and investors.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.Support internal reporting by producing budget reports and responding to ad hoc analysis requests.Assist with audit processes by providing documentation and coordinating with internal and external auditors.Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency through new tools and technology.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in accounting with an active CPA license required.3+ years of experience in public accounting with exposure to financial reporting.Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.Previous experience preparing or supporting external financial disclosures.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.Qualifications:Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent research and documentation skills.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or ERP platforms.Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.Organized and proactive work style with the ability to handle competing priorities.
