Store ManagerNORMAN'S, the premiere, and fastest growing employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer in the East, is seeking a qualified Store Manager for our new location in Wilkes Barre, PA. We expect our Store Managers to show initiative, be decisive and collaborate with our organizational leadership to deliver to their sales and customer service objectives while managing all operational aspects of their store in an efficient and seamless manner.Store Manager Key Responsibilities:Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which your team is driving retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business. The caring experience within the store begins with YOU.Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.Command a professional and unbiased leadership style to drive sales results and buy-in amongst your team and management peers.Efficiently manage all aspects of the general operations of the store including, but not limited to, payroll budgeting, event planning, shipment processing and merchandising, seamless orders, promotion management, etc.Ability to learn and be efficient with our point-of-sale software system to ensure accuracy with inventory, sales, and markdowns.Additional duties as assigned.BE A PART OF OUR TEAMDo you like to inspire meaningful relationships and enhance people's lives?
