Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Additional warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of sit-down forklift operating experience required.
• Experience handling air freight shipments required.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution center, freight terminal, or logistics environment.
• Cross-dock warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, freight handling, and inventory movement.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around large freight, loading docks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Job Duties

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage freight safely and efficiently.
• Receive, sort, break down, and organize incoming air freight shipments.
• Handle large and oversized "big box" freight while ensuring product integrity.
• Support cross-dock operations by transferring freight between inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify shipment accuracy and inspect freight for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company safety policies, operating procedures, and productivity standards.
