As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will deliver life-changing care to individuals experiencing pelvic dysfunction while advancing your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build expertise in pelvic health while maintaining a small general orthopedic caseload. Whether you're an experienced pelvic health provider or a new grad with a strong interest in the specialty, this position offers mentorship, continuing education, and a welcoming clinical team to help you grow. Your Role: Provide evidence-based pelvic floor therapy for men and women, including pre- and postpartum diagnoses, incontinence, pelvic pain, and related dysfunctions Treat a secondary caseload of general orthopedic patients as needed Work across both Arlington and Fort Worth clinic locations with a consistent schedule Document care using Raintree EMR with AI-supported documentation tools Participate in ongoing learning and mentorship within a collaborative clinical team Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Specialized training in pelvic floor therapy (e.g., coursework, certifications) is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills New grads with strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Why Woerner Physical Therapy?
