This full-time, year-round position is ideal for someone who enjoys active outdoor work and takes pride in keeping properties looking clean and professionally maintained. Lawn care experience is a plus, but reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work in changing weather conditions are especially important. Compensation and Schedule $22-$25 per hour Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Overtime pay after 40 hours Year-round work Benefits One week of paid vacation Six paid holidays Position Responsibilities Complete routine mowing, trimming, edging, and property cleanup Use commercial equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, and related tools Maintain lawns, shrubs, hedges, and other landscaped areas Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials Keep tools and work areas clean and properly maintained Follow company procedures and equipment safety guidelines Work alongside crew members to complete daily assignments efficiently Perform physical outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable, punctual, and prepared to work each scheduled day Comfortable performing hands-on work outdoors Able to use commercial lawn maintenance equipment safely Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a crew Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required Join Commercial Lawn Care Inc. and build a dependable, year-round career in the lawn care industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr Commercial Lawn Care Inc.
