Job Description Job Title: Lead Clinician/Medical Director - Nurse Practitioner (NP) Or MD Location: WEL MedSpa, Rhinebeck, NY Work Environment: Onsite, 3,000 sq. ft. State-of-the-Art Facility Employment Type: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday (somewhat flexible hours) Compensation: $120,000 - $190,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) + Unlimited Upside Based on Procedures Volume + ownership in MSO after one year. Job Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial and client-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or MD to serve as the Lead Clinician at our Privately owned Luxury MedSpa and Longevity clinic. As a newly established practice, we have the support of senior medical advisors who have already created detailed clinical protocols, forms, and systems, allowing for a streamlined ramp-up process focused primarily on training. Our advisors have thriving practices in Manhattan and will provide training. This position does not require experience in all our services, but the candidate must have a solid background in some relevant areas. Experience in drawing blood, administering IVs, and working with injectables like Botox is essential, while broader experience in longevity medicine, functional medicine, blood panel analysis, or internal medicine is preferred. The clinic operates on an advanced yet user-friendly clinic management platform, which serves as both an EMR and patient portal, already configured for seamless practice management. Key Responsibilities Lead all clinical patient care activities, ensuring the highest standards in diagnostic evaluations and treatments. Oversee and perform specialized treatments, including aesthetic injectables, personalized IV therapy, and medical weight loss programs. Draw blood and administer IV infusions, with a focus on precision and patient comfort. Analyze and interpret blood panels, body composition reports, and longevity diagnostics (VO2, NAD+, etc.). Partner with the management team in growing the practice, enhancing client care protocols, and driving patient satisfaction. Develop personalized treatment plans in line with the patient’s wellness and aesthetic goals, including nutrition. Maintain a welcoming and client-focused environment, ensuring top-tier patient experience. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Clinical Offerings Include Aesthetic Injectables (Botox, Fillers) Hormone Replacement Therapy (Testosterone, etc.) Longevity Diagnostics (VO2, InBody Body Composition, Comprehensive Blood Panels, etc.) IV Therapy (Vitamin Infusions, NAD+, etc.) Platelet Rich Plasma (face, hair, etc) Supervise Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Compression Therapy, and other wellness treatments. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in NY. Clinical experience in injectables, longevity medicine, blood analysis, nutrition, or internal medicine. Competency in drawing blood and administering IVs is required. Botox and other injectable experiences are preferred. Strong entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in building and expanding clinical practice. Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Enthusiastic about collaborating in a startup environment and motivated by business growth opportunities. Experience in a cash-based or concierge medical practice is a plus.
