With Openings in Westchester, Putnam & Dutchess Counties
Schedule: Full-Time
Shifts: Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available
Shifts vary based on case needs and availability
Employment Type: Direct Hire | In-Person Home Care
Pay:
- Westchester County: $20.22/hour
- Putnam & Dutchess Counties: $18.10/hour

To qualify for this position, you must hold an active New York State PCA or HHA certification.
A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are also required.
Applicants without NYS certification cannot be considered.
We are hiring compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients throughout the Hudson Valley region. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. What You’ll Do
As a PCA or HHA, you will:
Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Support light meal preparation and basic household tasks to maintain a safe living space
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote comfort and well-being
Follow care plans and safety guidelines to ensure quality home care
Encourage healthy routines and assist with basic wellness practices
What We’re Looking For
Required: Current New York State PCA or HHA certification
Previous caregiving or home health experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and a patient, respectful approach
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
