Providing comprehensive support for post-award research administration, the full-time salaried Research Administrator - Post-Award will manage the lifecycle of sponsored projects, ensuring compliance with regulations while facilitating communication between Principal Investigators, department leadership, and central research offices, with eligibility for remote work. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrative liaison for financial and administrative management of awards, ensuring transparent communication Establish, monitor, and reconcile budgets, while managing effort reporting and compliance with sponsor guidelines Prepare and review financial reports and ensure timely submission of sponsor reports, tracking deadlines proactively Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Two or more years of direct pre and post-award research administration experience Ability to interpret and apply complex government regulations and contractual terms Proficiency in budget development, financial reconciliation, and compliance monitoring Strong skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
