It is located near multiple surgical centers, ensuring continuity of care for patients requiring advanced procedures or surgical interventions.\n

Role & Responsibilities: \n
\n
As an Interventional Pain Management Physician, you will: \n
\n
\n

\n
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including musculoskeletal, spine, and nerve-related pain
\n
• Perform advanced interventional procedures, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and other pain management techniques
\n
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as EMG (Electromyography) and NCS (Nerve Conduction Studies)
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and primary care providers to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans
\n
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation in NextGen EMR and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
\n
• Participate in continuing medical education, academic presentations, and professional society activities to stay current with advances in pain management and interventional techniques
\n
• Mentor and support junior providers, residents, or medical students as part of educational initiatives
\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
\n
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pain Management and Neurology, Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related specialty
\n
• Completion of an accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship
\n
• Strong experience in interventional pain procedures, EMG, and NCS
\n
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
\n
• Eligible for California medical licensure
\n

• Competitive base salary: $350,000 – $600,000, commensurate with experience
\n
