Position Overview

As the Front Office Specialist, you will often be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their visit with warmth and professionalism. You will handle core administrative tasks, streamline office operations, and ensure our patients receive seamless care from the moment they walk through the door or call our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Receptionist & Patient Greeting: Warmly welcome patients upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and keep the reception area running smoothly.
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient dental coverage and benefits prior to appointments to ensure accurate billing and treatment planning.
• Appointment Confirmations: Manage patient scheduling, conduct appointment confirmations, and fill schedule openings efficiently.
• Business Assistant Duties: Support daily front-office operations, handle phone inquiries, process correspondence, and maintain organized patient records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills are a must -we are looking for someone friendly, outgoing, and truly passionate about patient care.
• Experience: Dental office experience is preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate with the ideal attitude and skill set.
