Salary / Benefits Competitive salary, dependent on experience Hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the Belfast office Strong emphasis on learning, development, and career progression Exposure to a wide range of HR processes within a professional environment Supportive, collaborative team culture About You Must have experience within HR Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook What You’ll Do Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and policy-related questions Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and preparation of offer documentation Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for new starters Support day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with a high level of accuracy Produce and maintain HR reports, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives Assist with internal communications, including company updates and announcements Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies Provide general administrative support to the wider HR and People team #J-18808-Ljbffr VanRath Search & Selection
