We are looking for a Roofer Foreman who can reside in or around McHenry, IL. Ideal locations include Fox Lake, Crystal Lake, Wauconda, Cary, Woodstock, and other nearby towns. We’re looking for an experienced Service Foreman who can confidently lead crews, solve complex roofing challenges, and deliver peace of mind to our valued clients. The Opportunity As a Service Foreman , you’ll take charge of a specialized 1–2-person crew , representing our company to clients who need immediate roofing solutions. You’ll diagnose problems, perform expert repairs across all commercial roofing systems, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What You Bring To The Table Commercial roofing expertise across multiple systems: BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and sheet metal Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening & background checks Technical proficiency with mobile devices & basic computer skills (FCS software experience is a plus!)
