Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering a warm and helpful experience.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accuracy and a positive attitude.

Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general account inquiries.

Help resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and building trust.

Collaborate with our team of agents to ensure seamless client support.

Maintain organized and accurate client records.

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

Previous customer service experience is a strong plus.
