CNC Machinist

• Manage the operation of CNC Mills and Lathes.
• Handle machine setups, select appropriate tooling, and perform program editing to optimize speeds and feeds.
• Produce high-quality components while verifying measurements against print specifications to ensure precision.
• Perform regular equipment upkeep and sanitation to keep the workspace functional.
• Operate with autonomy while ensuring seamless coordination with fellow staff members.
• Contribute to various concurrent projects and participate actively within a cross-functional group.

Professional Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in running CNC Mills and Lathes, with familiarity in HAAS and Mazatrol Controls being advantageous.
• Possess a solid grasp of G-Code programming.
• Show a proven ability to interpret technical blueprints accurately.
• Execute machine setups, program creation, CAM program loading, and part production according to design prints.
• Apply knowledge of machinist charts, reference tables, and the physical characteristics of various metals.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as scales, calipers, and micrometers with expertise.
• Demonstrate the potential to operate forklifts and cranes, with necessary training provided on-site.
• Maintain flexibility to adjust to shifting project timelines and evolving requirements.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude toward learning and a commitment to supporting a high-output team environment.
