Compensation & Benefits Minimum starting rate of $20.75/hour, with regular increases up to $26.02/hour. An additional shift premium of $0.75/hour applies for 2nd shift. Health & Family Support Financial Security Learning & Development Rewards & Recognition Wellbeing & Mental Health Work‑Life Balance Fun Perks Available Shifts 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday Essential Job Duties Crating – Protect products during transit using blueprints, cutting wood and assembling crates with pneumatic nail or staple gun. Assembler – Assemble sheet‑metal pieces into finished products using hand and power tools, floor cranes, and more. Material Handler – Pack orders, operate forklift, stock materials; forklift training and certification provided. Required Qualifications Lift up to 50 lbs frequently during an 8‑hour shift. Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a busy environment for up to an 8‑hour shift. Climb ladder or scaffolding frequently during an 8‑hour shift. Stand for up to an 8‑hour shift. Grip, manipulate, and hold small parts with fingers. Hear various sound levels including alarms and machinery. See without visual impairments (color, depth, peripheral, acuity 20/40 or better).
