Position Overview:
Are you a skilled machinist who enjoys working with precision components and advanced manufacturing equipment? We're seeking a CNC Machinist for either 1st
or 2nd
shift to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality components for demanding aerospace and industrial applications.
This is an opportunity to work in a clean, team-oriented environment where quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are valued.
What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers and other machining equipment
- Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces
- Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain quality standards
- Read blueprints, routers, and specifications to produce precision components
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot machining issues and assist with process improvements
- Maintain a safe and organized work area using 6S principles
- Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating and setting up CNC machining equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
