Our Back of House Team Members are the crucial behind‑the‑scenes crew of our organization. By serving in multiple various positions our goal is to serve our guests quickly, accurately, and with utmost care . Join us and help to positively influence the community every time you work! Our back‑of‑house positions include but are not limited to Breader, Sandwich assembly, nuggets assembly, prep, and fryer. This doesn’t mean you will be scheduled every week, just that you’re available if needed. No prior experience is needed, only preferred. Working Hours Daytime positions generally start and finish between 5 a.m.–4 p.m., depending on the specific position.
