• As a Senior Process Improvement Manager you will drive the implementation communication training and auditing of the company and industry best practices.
• You will partner with BA and functional organization leadership to develop deploy and execute process improvements that support the strategy of achieving lean efficient and successful operations.
• You will implement meaningful metrics that drive continuous improvement and solve strategic issues.
• You will coordinate/lead internal and external audit and appraisal processes and dissemination of results.

• Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or must be willing to immediately take steps to attain).
• Bachelors Degree in a related field;
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience;
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 AS9100 & CMMI process standards.
• Experience with program management processes standards & certification.
