About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring long-term business growth. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, as well as providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to the CEO and Board of Directors. The CFO will also be involved in operational finance management, capital management, and will play a key role in stakeholder management, including investor relations and board engagement. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a CPA designation. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in finance, with at least five years in senior leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, cost accounting, and financial analysis, and experience with large budgets and cross-functional teams. In addition, the role demands in-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial systems, and ERP integration, as well as a proven track record in driving revenue outcomes and improving financial performance. The CFO will also be expected to lead M&A initiatives, manage innovation business cases, and ensure the company's financial practices are in line with industry standards and regulations.
