Qualifications Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB) Dedication to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery Strong foundation in evidence‑based school psychology practices Preferred: National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligible, experience with MTSS frameworks, and familiarity with federal/state special education laws Key Responsibilities Provide K-12 psychological assessment, consultation, crisis intervention, and mental health support Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Offer consultation and leadership for MTSS/academic and behavioral interventions Support stakeholders in compliance, prevention, and intervention efforts Benefits & Perks Non-taxable stipends and travel support Healthcare benefits and 401(k) Range of full-time, part-time, and hybrid schedule options Professional development in new environments Compensation for this position ranges from $34.99 to $54.99.
