Mortgage Branch Leader & Top-Producer Coach

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Garland, TX to lead a high-producing mortgage team. You continue originating while building a team; we provide processing, underwriting, and back-office support so you focus on production, recruiting and coaching.
You'll recruit and mentor loan officers, grow the branch's P&L, and maintain a strong referral network with real estate professionals. Active MLO license (NMLS) and Principal Lending license or ability to obtain per state rules
