Form Energy is hiring a Project Scheduler to own integrated project schedules across capital construction and tool install programs. As part of our Form Factory 1 team, you will provide schedule visibility and risk identification as we bring our first factory manufacturing lines into production. What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using critical path methodology
• Integrate schedules across multiple workstreams into a master program schedule
• Track progress and analyze variances against baseline
• Identify schedule risks and support recovery/mitigation planning
• Facilitate schedule review meetings with project teams and contractors
• Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for leadership

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of scheduling experience on industrial or capital construction projects
• Strong proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with resource loading and earned value management preferred
• Certification in scheduling (PSP, PMI-SP) preferred

Where You'll Work:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
