Job Description

Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank customer service expectations. Works a specified schedule (less than 20 hours per week) during peak business times in a branch. Responsible for handling routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, payment, etc.), while ensuring a positive interaction with customers/non-customers. Follows established policies and procedures while processing transactions in an effort to mitigate risk.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• More than one year of business-related experience to include customer service and basic math

• Basic math and computer skills required
• Must be available to work a reduced schedule during peak business hours

• May be required to stand for extended periods of time
• May be required to lift bags/boxes of coin weighing up to 50 lbs.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $20.34 - 24.86. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
