Sr Finance Manager, Infusion Preparation and Delivery ( IPD )

The Sr. Finance Manager IPD reports to the Finance Director WW IPD and is expected to provide financial and FP&A support to the global platform, with a specific focus on the IPD US region. This role provides the opportunity to drive value, get exposure, and learn about a complex global business that spans across two business units, while offering future development opportunities within BD Finance. Primary Responsibilities Lead finance business partner for US region of MDS IPD platform (revenue ~$330 million); active member of the US regional team, attending meetings to review IVA/GSD/HDS results, providing advice and support on IPD matters to the regional leader and team members, contributing to strategy development, providing financial support and analysis. IPD platform US revenue and standard gross profit financial analysis, results commentary, month‑end close process. Partner with the MDS and MMS US Sales and Marketing teams to present and analyze results, develop budgets, quarterly projections, and the Annual Strategic Review. Lead finance business partner for global OEM platform (revenue ~$40 million); active member of the global OEM management team, attending meetings, providing advice and support, contributing to strategy development, providing financial support and analysis, establishing partnership with OEM platform leader. Revenue and standard gross profit financial analysis and modeling by customer, results commentary, and assisting in the month‑end closing process. Preparing and assisting in development of budgets, quarterly projections, and the Annual Strategic Review. Support global IPD platform level initiatives, including new business development; financial support for business cases for NPD, acquisitions, divestitures. Support IBP process for the platform, assess global demand and supply estimates, and identify risks and opportunities to deliver financial commitments. Minimum Requirements Education: BA (Bachelor's degree) in accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience in financial planning, business analytics, or related roles. Technical Skills: Strong financial systems and tools knowledge; advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of valuation metrics such as IRR, MIRR, NPV. Soft Skills: Well organized, strong analytical and communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, ability to influence management through informed discussions and presentation, thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven team environment. Preferred Qualifications Professional Certifications/Advanced Education: CPA or MBA. Salary Range Information $154,100.00 - $246,600.00 USD Annual.
