Client Advisor

Proenza Schouler is looking for an experienced Client Advisor for our Flagship store on Mercer Street in Soho. Responsible for driving sales and business by setting the standard for Customer Experience at the Proenza Schouler retail store. You are a Leader and a Brand Ambassador. Constantly developing product knowledge skills and remaining aware of current stock in-store and online. The PS Client Advisor supports an environment of teamwork and trust. Collaborates with their peers, customers and supervisors. Achieves and exceeds sales goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities Client Management Key role to drive business through interacting with customers, building and maintaining relationships. Drive sales to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Efficient and a fast learner on clienteling platforms to be used as outreach. Takes ownership of, and actively contribute to, meeting and exceeding team sales goals and KPI’s. Develop a strong client base through proactive client outreach, deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to build & maintain relationships with new & existing clients. Serve as an expert on product knowledge and product education for customers and other sales associates. Follow company news of launches closely. Answer phone calls and respond to store-related emails and other communications promptly. Cater to client’s needs and help by providing informed advice and product suggestions. Maximize the client experience with the ability to finalize sales and ensure personal follow-up with client. Complete all store transactions - purchases, returns, exchanges with zero errors. Store Maintenance Management Help coach, support, and motivate their colleagues. Actively maintain store cleanliness and organization; ensure merchandise on sales floor meets store standards planned with the General Manager and Style Director. Maintain a safe and welcoming work environment for employees and customers. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of luxury, specialty retail sales experience. Well versed within Shopify POS. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow business. Weekend availability required. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, clienteling tools, Shopify. Quick learner on all systems. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Professional attitude and customer service focused. Strong work ethic and ownership over role and responsibilities. Approachable, warm, available, and welcoming. Capable of handling difficult customer interactions and conversations. Prepared to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
