Superintendent

An established nationally ranked general contractor is actively seeking a Superintendent to help lead large-scale commercial construction projects. This position is best suited for a hands‑on construction leader who thrives in the field, knows how to keep complex projects moving, and has experience overseeing major ground‑up builds from sitework through final turnover. This team is involved in some of the most notable commercial projects in the market and is looking for someone who can lead from the front while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, and project teams. Responsibilities Lead daily field operations on large-scale ground‑up commercial construction projects Manage subcontractors, field staff, project schedules, and site logistics Coordinate closely with Project Management teams, owners, architects, and trade partners Drive project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving field issues Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards Conduct subcontractor meetings, inspections, and quality control walkthroughs Oversee sequencing, manpower coordination, and project execution from mobilization through turnover Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest quality standards Qualifications 5–15+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations Proven experience as Lead Superintendent or Superintendent on ground‑up projects valued at $20M+ Experience with large commercial, mission critical, healthcare, higher education, industrial, aviation, or mixed‑use projects preferred Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and construction operations Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple subcontractors in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and leadership skills Stable project history with reputable general contractors preferred What’s Offered Opportunity to work on landmark, high-profile projects Strong backlog and long-term growth potential Competitive compensation package including bonus, vehicle allowance, and benefits Collaborative team environment with strong operational support #J-18808-Ljbffr Engtal
