Requirements Social Service Designee certification and/or a bachelor’s degree in social work/human services field. Licensed nurse with experience in mental health care. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
