Pay: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Trailer Mechanic, you will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company-owned trailers and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Repair and replace trailer components and systems
• Complete DOT, OEM, and company-required maintenance procedures
• Perform tire repairs and maintenance
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment hair drug screening
• 2+ years of trailer, diesel, or related mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to read repair manuals and work orders
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn diagnostic software
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
