Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Responsibilities: The Nuclear Medicine Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all healthcare services within the Nuclear Medicine Department. This position assists with operational, financial, and personnel management activities to ensure efficient department performance and high-quality patient care. Under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, the lead provides clinical leadership to Nuclear Medicine technologists, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The role involves performing and supervising routine Nuclear Medicine procedures, maintaining quality imaging standards, and ensuring compliance with all radiation and physical safety protocols. The lead exercises professional judgment in all aspects of work while maintaining a demeanor consistent with medical ethics and organizational values. This position also maintains current knowledge of and compliance with ICANL accreditation standards to ensure ongoing accreditation and departmental excellence. Qualifications: Job Requirements Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program. ARRT(N), or NMTCB, or ASCP(N).
