Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller

Kornit Digital is looking for an Assistant Controller to support its business operations. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp business, financial, and accounting concepts, exercise sound judgment, and provide accurate, timely financial and managerial reports.

The controller will report to the Finance Director.

What Would You Do?

• Work with subsidiaries across the world to provide guidance on issues arising from financial information, accounting and tax.
• Develop, document, and enforce compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support M&A transactions and integration of acquired companies
• Support the Business Development Department with due diligence and other tasks
• Work with various interfaces within the finance (treasury, taxes and FP&A), corporate, and other departments
• Work with external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other financial matters

What Should You Have?

• CPA with 3+ years of experience
• BIG 4 high-tech department experience
• Knowledge and experience in preparing financial statements according to U.S. GAAP
• Excellent OfficeSuite skills - Must
• Oracle experience - Advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Highly motivated, independent thinker with the ability to effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on approach, detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
