Overview

Providing Administrative Support for the Sales Manager and Sales Team

Responsibilities

Coordinating meetings and conference calls, arranging travel

Organizing mill visits, tours and customer appreciation events and gifts

Maintaining sales and marketing data, promotional and presentation materials

Coordinating with a variety of vendors and service providers

Working internally with all departments to serve our team and the customer more effectively

Interact with and coordinate all Mississippi State activities

Track and catalogue all annual commercial contracts

Work with the Inside Sales team to accurately

Load capacity for production

Qualifications

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and well organized

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications

Willing to go the 'extra mile' for service to the team and our customers

Able to work with people from all org. levels and backgrounds

A service attitude and positive mindset

Absolute discretion regarding confidential matters

Preferred

An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Previous Sales, Customer Service, Bookkeeping or Accounting experience.
