Contract Associate Location: Richmond, VA Company: Tarrant's West Tarrant's West is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain organized records of all contract documentation. Coordinate with various departments to ensure contract terms are met. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
