Requirements St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a Locum OB/GYN for Call coverage! SCHEDULE Mostly Overnights Will need hospital and call coverage 12-hour shifts Beeper call Practice Setting: Hospital Call OB/GYNDates of Coverage: ASAP as neededCall Ratio: 1:6Number of Physicians in Practice: 4Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: noOnsite Lab? YesOnsite Ultrasound? YesEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: ASAPFacility will reimburse the following costs: Hotel Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy i.e. History of Twins Toxemia Pyelonephritis etc.High Risk Pregnancy i.e. with Toxemia Diabetes Class II or Higher Cardiacs Chronic Lung Problems Chronic Renal Disease etc.Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine Delivery –Vaginal Low ForcepsDecision-Making for C-SectionComplicated Delivery –C-Section Breech Multiple Births Abruptions etc.VBAC’sRepair of 3rd amp 4th Degree LacerationsGynecology Required Procedures: Surgical Gynecology – OpenLaparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation LOA’s Chromal TubationOperative/Major Includes Diagnostic – Ectopic Pregnancy Ovary Removal Cystectomy Extensive LOA’s*Trinity Health does not reimburse for any credentialing costs or application fees.*

Schedule Varied, 12-hour shifts, in house and beeper call.
